At Adam & Kate Sydney, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find all relevant information regarding our shipping and delivery process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
2. Delivery Time
After processing, the average delivery time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by high demand periods, holidays, or customs procedures.
3. Shipping Method and Origin
To reduce waste and lower our environmental impact, we ship orders directly from our supplier, which may be located in China.
Depending on your destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination, weight of the order, and selected shipping method.
5. Tracking Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment using the provided tracking link.
Customers are responsible for checking whether the package is delivered to their home address or a pickup point, and for collecting it if required.

6. Delivery Responsibility
Once tracking shows that an order has been marked as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
