1. How We Operate

Adam & Kate Sydney operates on a direct-to-consumer fulfillment model. To reduce waste and minimize our environmental footprint, we do not hold large physical inventory. Instead, some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, including suppliers located in China.

As a result, approved returns must be sent back to our supplier’s return address in China.

2. Return Period and Request

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@adamkatesydney.com

Returns can only be requested after the product has been delivered.

When requesting a return, please include your order number and a valid reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.

3. Return Conditions

A valid reason is required for all return requests.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be in a resellable condition

Trying on items is allowed; wearing them is not.

Sale or discounted items may only be returned if there is a valid reason (e.g., defect or incorrect item).

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear, swimwear, and jewelry) are non-returnable unless unopened and unused.

4. Return Costs and Process

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs charges.

All returns must be shipped to our supplier’s return address in China.

Customers are responsible for arranging the shipment and tracking their return package.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as returns without proof of shipment cannot be processed.

5. Customer-Friendly Solutions

We understand that international returns can be expensive and time-consuming. Therefore, we are happy to discuss alternative solutions such as partial refunds or discounts, depending on the situation.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can find the most suitable solution together.

6. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos and a description of the issue.

Requests without sufficient evidence (such as photos) may not be processed.

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our supplier’s return facility in China.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and entered processing.

We kindly ask customers to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks or disputes, so we can resolve the issue together.

9. Liability

Adam & Kate Sydney is not responsible for lost packages where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order via info@adamkatesydney.com
